Crochet Dishrag Pattern

This is a pattern that my grandmother taught me, it is very simple.  Enjoy!

Material - I use 100% cotton yarn

Hook Size - G or H

Chain 21

1 dc in second chain from hook
continue dc in each st
At end of each row, chain 2 (this does not count as a st) turn work
dc in each st for twelve rows

Almost done!

Finishing:

After your last row, sc 2 times in top edge, continue to sc all the way around your dish cloth.

You are done!

Unless you want to add one more piece of edging, which makes it look nicer:

After you have completed a sc all the way around, simply do a sc in back loop only all the way around.
